| 描述 | Pimpinellin, a natural product isolated and purified from the fruits of Psoralea corylifolia L. with phototoxic activity and inhibitory effects LPS-induced inflammatory response in RAW264.7 macrophages and Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain H37Ra , with MICs of 812 uM and IC50s of 389 uM. Pimpinellin also has potent cytotoxic activities against the three cell lines(MGC-803, PC3, and A375), with the IC50 values of 14.4±0.3uM, 20.4±0.5uM, and 29.2±0.6uM, respectively. | ||
