| 描述 | Nedocromil sodium is a mast cell stabilizer that inhibits the release of mediators from mast cells. It inhibited the enhancing effects of interleukin 2 (IL-2) on compound 48/80 and anti-IgE antibody-mediated mast cell activation at a dose of 10-5M when added with mast cell activators or during the pre-incubation period. Nedocromil sodium also completely abolished IL-2-induced spontaneous histamine release from mast cells. In the co-culture of rat peritoneal mast cells and 3T3 fibroblasts, nedocromil sodium decreased basal histamine release from mast cells by 23%.[1] In both active and passive rat models of conjunctival immediate hypersensitivity, administration of nedocromil sodium at a dosage of 2mg/kg significantly inhibited emergence of conjunctival edema and erythema and reduced mast cell degranulation.[2] | ||
