描述 Warangalone is a powerful inhibitor of protein kinase A isolated and purfied from the stem bark of Erythrina addisoniae, shows marked effectiveness as an anti-inflammatory on the phospholipase A(2)-induced paw edema and on the 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol 13-acetate-induced ear edema in mice, after systemic and local administration, respectively.
