描述 Thiamine pyrophosphate chloride is the coenzyme form of vitamin B1 and is an intermediate required for the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex and ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex. Thiamine pyrophosphate is required for the oxidative phosphorylation and pentose phosphate pathways, and it is a cofactor for alpha-ketoacid dehydrogenase[1][2][3].
