描述 Amcinonide is effective in inhibiting NO release from activated microglia, with an IC50 value of 3.38 nM and demonstrates affinity for the glucocorticoid receptor[1]. As an anti-inflammatory agent, amcinonide causes whitening of hairs in both pheomelanic and eumelanic mice and significantly reduces the number of DOPA-positive epidermal melanocytes in the tails of these mice. It adversely affects the structure and function of the tail epidermis[3].
