描述 Cefcapene Pivoxil HCl H2O, an antibiotic, is an orally active and potent 3rd-generation cephalosporin with a wide spectrum of anti-bacterial activity[1]. CFPN-PI (450 mg/day) was as effective and as well tolerated as CFTM-PI (cefcapene pivoxil HCl )(600 mg/day) in the treatment of chronic respiratory tract infections[2]. Cefcapene pivoxil HCl (oral administration; 100mg/kg; 4 days) is effective against invasive BLNAR strains in mice lung, stimates peak antibiotic concentrations of 1 to 2 μg/ml in the blood of mice from 30 to 120 min after intragastric administration[3].
