描述 Dynole 34-2 is a dynamin GTPase inhibitor with IC50 values ​​of 6.9 and 14.2 µM for dynamin 1 and dynamin 2 GTPase, respectively, and has antimitotic effects. Dynole 34-2 can induce cell apoptosis, manifested by DNA fragmentation and PARP fragmentation[1].Dynole 34-2 also effectively inhibits receptor-mediated endocytosis (RME)[2].
