描述 GSK8573 is an inactive control compound for GSK2801, a competitive inhibitor of acetyl lysine in the BAZ2A and BAZ2B bromodomains. GSK8573 has binding activity to BRD9 with a Kd value of 1.04 μM, but is inactive against BAZ2A/B and the other bromodomain families. GSK8573 can be used as a negative control compound for biological experiments[1].
