Both MOPS and Tris buffers exhibit inhibitory effects on TfCut2 and LCC hydrolases, reducing the rate of hydrolyzing PET films. MOPS may also affect calcium binding, translocation, and utilization in vascular smooth muscle cells[1][2]. |
