| 描述 | Panaxadiol, a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Panax ginseng C. A. Mey., enhances the anti-cancer effects of 5-FU on human colorectal cancer cells through the regulation of cell cycle transition and the induction of apoptotic cells, and inhibits DNA synthesis in a dose-dependent manner with IC50 values ranging from 0.8 to 1.2 µM in SK-HEP-1 cells and HeLa cells, that coincided well with decreases in Cyclin A–Cdk2 activity. | ||
