描述 ML348, also known as GNF-Pf-1127, acts as a potent and specific inhibitor of acyl-protein thioesterase 1 (APT1)/lysophospholipase 1 (LYPLA1), exhibiting an IC50 value of 210 nM. It demonstrates minimal inhibitory effects on LYPLA2. When applied to cultured cells at a concentration of 5 μM for a duration of 3 hours, ML348 effectively and selectively targets LYPLA1. This has been observed in cell lines such as HEK293T cells and murine T-cells, where the compound shows significant inhibition of LYPLA1 activity[1].
