描述 Leachianone G, a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Sophora flavescens Ait., shows inhibitory activities against pancreatic lipase, and may be used as drug candidate to control obesity. Leachianone G exhibits significant antioxidant potentials in the ABTS, ONOO(-), and total ROS assays, and shows potent antiviral activity (IC(50) = 1.6 mg/mL).
