| 描述 | LY-311727 is a secreted phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) inhibitor with an IC50 value of less than 1 μM for group IIA sPLA2. LY-311727 inhibits the contractile response induced by human non-pancreatic secreted phospholipase A2 (hnps-PLA2) in a concentration-dependent manner in the concentration range of 0.1-10 μM. The inhibition of porcine pancreatic s-PLA2 by LY-311727 was minimally selective. At a concentration of 1 μM, LY-311727 virtually eliminated the hnps-PLA2 response, whereas it failed to inhibit the concentration-response curve of porcine pancreatic PLA2 at the same concentration]1]. | ||
