描述 Tyrphostin RG 14620 inhibits colony formation (IC50=3 μM) and DNA synthesis (IC50=1 μM) in HER 14 cells stimulated with 50 ng/mL EGF in a dose-dependent manner. It also dose-dependently inhibits colony formation (IC50=4 μM) and DNA synthesis (IC50=1.25 μM) in MH-85 cells stimulated with EGF. The growth-inhibitory effects of Tyrphostin RG 14620 are irreversible[2].
