描述 CAY 10465 is a selective, high affinity AhR agonist with a Ki of 0.2 nM and no effect on the estrogen receptor (Ki >100000 nM)[1].At concentrations less than 100 μM, CAY 10465 reduces the levels of ApoA-I in HepG2 cells and inhibits the synthesis of this protein[2].
