| 描述 | Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) actively participates in the oxidation of reactive oxygen species, innate immunity, hormone biosynthesis, and the pathogenesis of several diseases[1]. Myeloperoxidase (MPO), found in human white blood cells, is a peroxidase enzyme. It plays a role in mediating oxidative stress by facilitating the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and active nitrogen (RNS), while also modulating the polarization and inflammation-related signaling pathways in microglia and neutrophils. Additionally, MPO exhibits antibacterial activity[1][2]. Lactoperoxidase (LPO) from bovine milk is an antimicrobial protein classified within the mammalian heme peroxidase family. Lactoperoxidase utilizes H2O2 to catalyze the oxidation of its preferred halide substrates, which include I−, Br−, F−, or the pseudohalide SCN−[1]. | ||
