描述 5-Hydroxymethyl-2'-deoxyuridine (HMdU) is a nucleoside analog known for inhibiting the replication of various human leukemia cell lines, exhibiting IC50 values ranging from 1.7 to 5.8 μM. HMdU also extends the lifespan of mice with L1210 leukemia. It is applicable for investigating cell replication and leukemia[1][2][3].
