| 描述 | HEPES sodium is a nonvolatile zwitterionic chemical buffer widely used in cell culture. HEPES sodium is effective at pH 6.8 to 8.2. HEPES sodium is also a potent inducer of lysosomal biogenesis[1][2][3].HEPES sodium maintains titanium superhydrophilicity for at least 3 months, resulting in sustained bioactivity and osteoconductivity[1].HEPES sodium drives lysosomal biogenesis, affects the cytoplasmic-nuclear distribution of MiT/TFE, and disrupts the overall transcriptional profile of the cell, thereby activating the MiT/TFE-dependent lysosomal-autophagy gene network in cultured RAW264.7 cells[3]. | ||
