| 描述 | Oxymatrine, a quinolizidine alkaloid derived from the traditional Chinese herb Sophora flavescens Aiton, exhibits a wide range of pharmacological activities[3].Oral oxymatrine preparation showed some potential benefits for patients with CHB(chronic hepatitis B)[4].Moreover, hearts from those rats which were pre-treated with oxymatrine had significantly less evidence of apoptosis. Doxorubicin-induced increases in both the number of Hoechst positive cells and the amount of LDH leakage was attenuated by oxymatrine (50µg/mL) [5]. | ||
