描述 Fmoc-Val-Cit-PAB is an ADC linker, the Val-Cit group of which will be specifically cleaved by catepsin B. Through the link with Fmoc-Val-Cit-PAB-OH, the ADC payload will be released only in the cell as the enzyme catepsin B is only present in the lysosome of cell.
