描述 Sanggenon D, a natural product isolated and purified from the root bark of Morus alba L. with antifungal and anti-inflammatory activities, is a positive GABAA receptor modulators, inhibits COX-2 activity (IC50 = 73-100 μM), and inhibits NO production from lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 cells at > 10 uM and inhibition of nitric oxide production is mediated by suppression of iNOS enzyme induction but not by direct inhibition of iNOS enzyme activity.
