生物活性
描述 L-Ascorbic Acid, also named as Vitamin C, is a water-soluble compound, widely existing in many vegetables and fruits. In vivo studies, L-ascorbic acid could promote the proliferation of human epithelial HaCaT cells [1] . Besides this, it was found that L-ascorbic acid could also suppress the leukemic cell colony in simultaneous cultures, even at the concentration of 0.1 mM [2] . In vivo studies, L-ascorbic acid has the ability of protecting lead toxicated rats against anemia [3] . In addition, it was observed that L-ascorbic acid contributed to the improvement of examined electrophysiological parameters in rats [4] .
