描述 UTL-5g, also known as GBL-5g, is an anti-inflammatory TNF-α inhibitor with chemoprotective and hepatic radioprotective effects. UTL-5g reduces cisplatin-induced hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, and myelotoxicity through inhibition of TNF-α, among other factors[1][2].
