描述 Soyacerebroside I is a natural product isolated and purified from the fruits of Glycine max with a potent tyrosinase inhibitory activity and anti-inflammatory activity. It can inhibit the accumulation of pro-inflammatory iNOS protein and reduce the expression of COX-2 protein in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, and it has modulating the cellular immune response effects, showing obvious inhibitory activity on IL-18 secretion in human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC).
