描述 DCB, also known as 3,3′-dichlorobenzaldazine, is a neutral allosteric modulator of mGluR5. In synergization with 3,3′-difluorobenzaldazine (DFB), DCB blocks the positive allosteric regulation of mGluRs. DCB displays the negative modulatory effect of 3,3′-dimethoxybenzaldazine (DMeOB)[1] .
