描述 PIK-108 is a non-ATP competitive, selective, allosteric p110β/p110δ inhibitor[1].In PTEN-expressing glioma cell lines, PIK-108 blocks Akt phosphorylation at concentrations ranging from 0.1-10 μM for 1 hour[1].
