描述 | D-Fructose-1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt octahydrate (FBP trisodium salt octahydrate) is a common metabolic carbohydrate. It is a precursor compound of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate and dihydroxyacetone phosphate in the glycolytic pathway. In the thread-drawing group, thrombus was obvious, and the endovascular elastic membrane was injured seriously compared with the ligating group. After being treated with aspirin and clopidogrel, most arterial thrombus was softened, dissolved and absorbed. Compared with that in the modified thread-drawing group, wet and dry weight of thrombus increased, and the level of D-Dimer, FDP (D-Fructose-1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt octahydrate) and TF (tissue factor) also increased in the modified thread-drawing group. After being treated by aspirin and/or clopidogrel, the wet and dry weight of thrombus and the level of D-Dimer, FDP and TF decreased compared with the control. Aspirin plus clopidogral could obviously reduce the wet and dry weight of thrombus, and reduce the level of D-Dimer and FDP[2]. D-Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt octahydrate is also a substrate of Aldolase, liver FBPaseand and muscle FBPase. It is an allosteric activator of enzymes such as pyruvate kinase and a substrate used to identify and characterize enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase(s) and fructose-1, 6-bisphosphatase(s). D-Fructose-1,6-bisphosphate is studied as a neuroprotective agent in brain injury[3]. |
