描述 TRPC6-PAM-C20 functions as a selective positive allosteric modulator (PAM) for TRPC6 channels, enhancing channel activation by enabling low basal concentrations of DAG to induce activation. In TRPC6-expressing HEK293 cells, TRPC6-PAM-C20 induces intracellular Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]i) increases with an EC50 of 2.37 μM. It serves as a valuable tool for selectively amplifying TRPC6-dependent signals [1].
