描述 The RNF5 inhibitor inh-02 effectively inhibits the E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF5/RMA1. It results in substantial rescue of F508del-CFTR (EC50=2.2 μM) in bronchial epithelial cells carrying the F508del mutation. This inhibitor holds promise for cystic fibrosis research [1].
