描述 T2AA is a mono-ubiquitinated inhibitor of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) that prevents DNA repair, increases the formation of double-strand breaks (DSBs), and promotes necrosis and cell cycle arrest in G1 phase. At a concentration of 15 μM for 72 h, T2AA inhibits interstrand DNA cross-link (ICL) repair, it prevents the disassembly of DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) formed as intermediates of ICL repair, and it has the ability to inhibit DSB repair[1].
