描述 ABC1183, an oral inhibitor selective for both GSK3 and CDK9, blocks GSK3β, GSK3α, and CDK9/cyclin T1 with IC50s of 657 nM, 327 nM, and 321 nM, respectively. It exhibits properties that are both anti-inflammatory and anti-tumorigenic[1]. When applied at 3 μM for 24 hours, ABC1183 impedes the progression of the cell cycle, thereby influencing cellular proliferation[1].
