描述 Isomucronulatol, a natural product isolated and purified from the roots of Astragalus membranaceus, exhibits significant inhibitory effects on LPS-induced IL-6 and IL-12 p40 production, with IC 50 values ranging from 2.7 to 6.102uM, shows a moderate inhibitory effect on LPS-stimulated production of TNF-α with an IC 50 value of 20.102 uM, and exhibits moderate inhibition against butyrylcholinesterase.
