描述 AOH1160 is a potent, orally active small molecule proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) inhibitor that interferes with DNA replication, blocks homologous recombination-mediated DNA repair, causes cell cycle arrest and induces apoptosis[1].At 500 nM, treating for 48 hours, AOH1160 causes tumour cell cycle arrest and induces apoptosis[1].
