描述 Sophoraisoflavone A, a natural product isolated and purified from the root exudates of white lupin, is an inhibitor of germ tube growth in the AM fungus Gigaspora margarita, strongly inhibiting germ tube growth at 1.25 ug/disc. Sophoraisoflavone A is also a potential MRP inhibitor showing inhibitory effects on copper-induced protein oxidative modification of mice brain homogenate in vitro.
