| 描述 | DVR-01 is an HBV inhibitor. DVR-01 inhibited HBV in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells at a concentration range of 0-10 μM for 4 days, with EC50 values of 1.7 and 1.6 μM in AML12HBV10 and HepDES19 cells, respectively. DVR-01 has antiviral activity against drug-resistant HBV mutants with an EC50 value of 2.403-3.273 μM. In the concentration range of 0.156-10 μM, DVR-01 can selectively destroy the pgRNA encapsulation of HBV for 2 days. DVR-01 can be used for research on HBV infection and related diseases. DVR-01 showed antiviral activity against drug-resistant HBV mutant strains. After 2 days of action, the EC50 of DVR-01 against wt, rtL180 M/rtM204V, rtA181V, rtN236T, rtM204I and rtL180 M/rtM204V/rtT184G/rtS202I were 2.899, 3.273, 3.180, 2.752, 2.567 and 2.403 μM respectively[1]. | ||
