描述 SIRT7 inhibitor 97491, a powerful SIRT7 inhibitor with an IC50 of 325 nM, diminishes the deacetylase activity of SIRT7 in a dose-dependent fashion. It impedes tumor progression by enhancing p53 stability via acetylation at K373/382 and induces apoptosis via the caspase pathway[1].
