描述 NDMC101 effectively suppresses osteoclastogenesis by reducing osteoclast differentiation through the downregulation of NFATc1-mediated gene expression. It mimics the DPP4 substrate, significantly hindering early T-cell activation by inhibiting DPP4. NDMC101 is suitable for researching bone conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis and synovial inflammation, among others[1].
