描述 CCG-100602 is a specific inhibitor of MRTF-A/SRF signalling. CCG-100602 specifically blocks MRTF-A nuclear localisation, thereby inhibiting the fibrotic transcription factor SRF and blocking the expression of MRTF-A/SRF activated genes[1][2].At concentrations of 3-30 μM, CCG-100602 reduces the number of adherent hASC cells[2].At concentrations of 5-40 μM, CCG-100602 reduced TGF-β1 (5 mg/ml) induced COL1A1, FN1 and ACTA2 transcription in a dose-dependent manner, and also reduced TGF-β1 induced protein expression of ECM and α-SMA[1].
