描述 1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate, sodium salt (18:1 PA) is an anionic lipid used in the preparation of liposomes, micelles, and artificial membranes[1][2].1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate, sodium salt (DOPA) can be used to prepare Zol-Ca complex nanoparticle formulations to improve delivery and enhance distribution of Zol in mouse tumour models[1].1,2-Dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphate sodium salt can be used in combination with the fluorescent dye calcium phosphate to enhance its adsorption on bacterial surfaces, delivery of fluorescent groups and targeting of Staphylococcus aureus biofilms for enhanced biofilm staining[2].
