描述 SIRT6-IN-2 is a selective SIRT6 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 34 μM. SIRT6-IN-2 increases H3K9 acetylation and increases glucose uptake in cultured cells. SIRT6-IN-2 also decreases the proliferation of T-cells. SIRT6-IN-2 has immunosuppressive and chemosensitising effects[1].
