描述 Pellitorine, a natural product isolated and purified from the herbs of Anacyclus pyrethrum, shows cytotoxic, antiprotozoal and potent antiplatelet aggregation activities against HL60 and MCT-7 cell lines. It also can suppress expression of inducible NO synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 and is a potential larvicide with a specific target site and a lead molecule for the control of mosquito populations.
