描述 Cloprostenol sodium salt is a potent synthetic prostaglandin analogue with luteolytic properties[1][2].At a concentration of 0.1 μM, Cloprostenol sodium salt counteracted the adipogenic effects of statil, and after 6 days of treatment, counteracted the effects of statil on intracellular lipid accumulation and the expression of pro-adipogenic factor C/EBPα and PPARγ transcripts[2].
